Support Hours

Support is provided Monday to Friday during the following hours:

  • New York (EST): 9:00 am – 9:00 pm

  • San Francisco (PST): 6:00 am - 6:00 pm

  • GMT: 6:00 - 24:00

Response Times

Response times are based on the following priorities:

  • High

    • 2 hours

    • Service is unavailable or unusable in its current state and no workaround exists.

  • Medium

    • 8 hours

    • Service experiencing major functionality or performance degradation(s).

  • Low

    • 48 hours

    • Enhancement requests, non-critical issues and general inquiries.
