There are four data visibility levels that control how much data collaborators can see for an IT environment connected to a workspace:

  • Complete

  • Scrambled (default)

  • Aggregated

  • None

To change data visibility, the IT environment owner should:

  1. Select the workspace in the left navigation

  2. Click on the Settings tab in the workspace header

  3. Set the appropriate level in the IT Environment & Data Visibility section

  4. Click the Apply button below
