When working with IT Environments (ITEs) in OneIQ, different status indicators help you quickly understand the state of data collection and availability. Each status is represented by a color and label, showing whether the environment is actively receiving data, has stopped collecting, or has not yet begun.
Status Types
Green β Alive
Meaning: Data is actively being collected.
Details: The workspace or IT Environment has received data in the last 24 hours.
Light Blue β Frozen
Meaning: Data exists, but collection has stopped.

No new data is being received.
Common reasons:
The workspace reached its data retention limit (7-day or 30-day window).
The IT Environment is no longer receiving data from Pulse.
Orange β No Data
Meaning: The environment has been created, but data has not yet been collected.
Details: Pulse has not connected or provided any information yet.
Black β Empty
Meaning: The workspace has no IT Environments.
