When working with IT Environments (ITEs) in OneIQ, different status indicators help you quickly understand the state of data collection and availability. Each status is represented by a color and label, showing whether the environment is actively receiving data, has stopped collecting, or has not yet begun.

Status Types

Green – Alive

  • Meaning: Data is actively being collected.

  • Details: The workspace or IT Environment has received data in the last 24 hours.

Light Blue – Frozen

  • Meaning: Data exists, but collection has stopped.

  • Details:

    • No new data is being received.

    • Common reasons:

      • The workspace reached its data retention limit (7-day or 30-day window).

      • The IT Environment is no longer receiving data from Pulse.

Orange – No Data

  • Meaning: The environment has been created, but data has not yet been collected.

  • Details: Pulse has not connected or provided any information yet.

Black – Empty

  • Meaning: The workspace has no IT Environments.

  • Details: This is a workspace-only status, indicating that nothing has been added or connected.

Summary

  • Green = Alive, receiving fresh data.

  • Light Blue = Frozen, data exists but collection stopped.

  • Orange = No data collected yet.

  • Black = Empty workspace with no ITEs.

Use these statuses to quickly confirm whether your IT Environment is active, paused, waiting for data, or not yet configured.
