A OneIQ IT environment is where you'll be able to set up data collection and analyze inventory and performance data across different platforms and assets. If you've signed up with a workspace invitation link from an existing OneIQ user, your first IT environment will be created as part of the process of joining your first workspace. If you don't have an invitation link, you'll be able to create your first IT environment once your account has been approved by OneIQ.
Once your account has been approved, you should see a button to create your first IT environment:
Click on the Create IT Environment button to start the process. On the next screen, enter a name for your IT environment and click Create:
Once your IT environment has been created, you'll be taken to the following screen:
Your IT environment has now been successfully created!

Frequently Ask Questions
Why can't I create an IT environment?
If you've just registered on OneIQ and cannot create an IT environment, your account is being reviewed by OneIQ administrators. This process usually takes a few hours to complete. If you have questions about this process, or have been waiting for more than a day, you can use the Intercom button in the bottom rigth corner of the screen to contact our live support. If you have an email invitation from an existing OneIQ member, you can still use that link to be instantly approved.
