Error below is observed upon inviting a technical advisor (TA) from another organization.

TA from "organization A" attempts to invite another TA from a different org (TA from "organization B") to WS as an observer

The error is displayed “The user cannot be invited because they are not in the partner network of an organization that sponsors this workspace”

- TA from "organization A" owns WS 
- TA from "organization A" attempts to invite another TA from a different org (TA from "organization B") to WS as an observer
- The error is displayed “The user cannot be invited because they are not in the partner network of an organization that sponsors this workspace”

This is expected behaviour because the system only allows inviting TAs from the same or sponsored organization to the workspace as an Observer.
